The 2017 Festival is taking place from Saturday 16th September to Sunday 1st October 2017.
Priority booking by post and online is from Monday 24th July 2017.
General booking in person, by post and online is from Monday 7th August 2017.
Priority Online Bookings
Friends of the Festival (including Sponsors, Patrons and Friends) benefit from a two-week priority booking period and receive 10% discount on all ticket prices. The complimentary ticket allowance available to Sponsors and Corporate Members can only be obtained via the Box Office. If you are a Friend of the Festival, you should have a unique username. The Friends discount attached to your username will remain valid as long as you have renewed your annual payment. If you have mislaid your username, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. If you have your username, please open your account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab in the black band at the very top of this web page and enter your username and your password. If you have forgotten your password you can ask for it to be reset on that page. Once logged in you are welcome to change your password and add any extra details to your account information. Friends of the Festival need only their username and password to log in and get 10% discount on tickets. If you have forgotten your password, follow the links on the Log In page to have it reset.

PRINTING YOUR TICKETS AT HOME:
Tickets purchased online and e-mailed to you as pdf files have been designed as A6 size (four to a standard A4 sheet). To save paper, please go to the ‘layout’ setting on your printer and specify four per sheet if you are buying multiple tickets. The file that you can download here might be of help when doing this. However, there are so many different types of printer and printer drivers, it might be best to consult your printer’s manual for more detailed advice.
Priority Postal Bookings
From Monday 24th July 2017 there are special arrangements for Sponsors and Corporate Members, Patrons, Joint Patrons and Friends of the Festival. Download, print and complete a Booking Form adding credit/debit card details or enclose a cheque made payable to ‘Rye Arts Festival’ and send it to Rye Arts Festival Box Office, c/o Phillips & Stubbs, 47/49 Cinque Ports Street, Rye, E. Sussex TN31 7AN.
Regular Online Bookings
Tickets for all 2017 Festival events can be booked securely on this website 24 hours a day, seven days a week from Monday 7th August. To buy tickets, click on each event you would like to attend and add the relevant number of tickets to your shopping basket. You can check your basket contents at any stage. When you are ready to buy tickets, either log in to your account or, if you are a new user, you will be asked to register your address and e-mail details and choose a password. These details will be held under ‘My Account’ for future purchases. Then settle your account using Paypal or a debit/credit card. Once your payment becomes a cleared balance, your tickets will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
Book in Person
From Monday 7th August 2017 the Box Office will be open for booking in person on weekday mornings (Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 12.30 pm, with the exception of August Bank Holiday Monday) and on Saturday mornings, 16th, 23rd and 30th September also between 9.30am – 12.30pm at Phillips & Stubbs, 47/49 Cinque Ports Street, Rye, East Sussex TN31 7AN. Cash, cheques, credit and debit cards can be used for payment. Tickets will be issued while you wait. Please note that there are no booking fees for booking in person.
From Monday 7th August postal bookings will be processed. Download, print and complete a Booking Form adding debit/credit card details or enclose a cheque made payable to ‘Rye Arts Festival’ and send it to Rye Arts Festival Box Office, c/o Phillips & Stubbs, 47/49 Cinque Ports Street, Rye, E. Sussex TN31 7AN.
At the Event
Any remaining tickets will be sold at the venue 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
There is no discount available for tickets purchased at this point.
From Monday 7th August 2017 you can contact the Box Office by telephone on 01797 224442 from Monday to Friday, 9.30am -12.30pm, excluding August Bank Holiday Monday and on Saturday mornings, 16th, 23rd and 30th September also between 9.30am – 12.30pm. Outside these hours, please leave a message on our answerphone. We will return your call at the earliest opportunity.

Venues do not have numbered seats and therefore seats for all events are unreserved.
Many of our venues have disabled access. However, we stage events in a number of historic buildings across Rye where full access is not always available. In order to ensure you have the best experience possible, please telephone or e-mail the Box Office firstname.lastname@example.org to check access, reserve wheelchair spaces where available and discuss anything we can do to meet your specific needs. Please also let us know if you will be accompanied by a guide dog.
